Your Toilet Runs – either constantly, or on and off

GREEN PLUMBING means you save water and other natural resources. You'll want to fix that leak to save water. Also, you can save the energy required to make and transport a new toilet when you have me fix it instead of replace it. If your toilet is already a low-flow type, and flushes well, you can ask me to repair it rather than replace it. If your toilet is a problem flusher, ask me for advice. You have the benefit of my many years as your Mill Valley's plumber and neighbor to learn which toilets my custormers say work best here.

Your Garbage Disposer Won't Work

There's a chance you can unjam it yourself. Call me if you'd like me to talk you through the process. Or, I'll come to your Mill Valley home and take care of it for you. If it turns out that your disposer is not fixable, you can have me install one of the new disposers I carry with me in my truck. Either way, your problem is taken care of in one visit, which means more convenience for you.

Your Kitchen or Bath Faucet or Shower
Has Poor Pressure: How to Fix it Yourself

If you like, you can try this simple step on your own before you call me. This method can work for your faucet or shower when the pressure is equally poor for both hot and cold water. Remove (unscrew) and clean your shower head or the aerator on your faucet. The aerator is at the tip of the spout where the water comes out. Replace the shower head or aerator and try it out. You can call me if that doesn't fix the problem.
